    I had a wonderful experience with Marianna today! She gave me the exact haircut I asked for, and I couldn’t be happier. After a really awful experience at Headquarters in Clapham—where a completely different stylist messed up my hair—I was so relieved to be in good hands. Marianna was lovely, super professional, and I’m so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️See you in a couple of months.

    The service was extremely disappointing and felt very unpleasant throughout. Given how important and transformative haircuts can be, especially for women, I had hoped for a more respectful and attentive experience. Instead, I felt rushed and dismissed during the appointment, and I left feeling upset and in tears by the end.

    Rude male hairdresser, really shocked by the treatment i received. Booked an afternoon slot on a weekend and was berated for doing so and he complained throughout the whole treatment that he wanted to go home and couldn’t believe i had booked a slot that late in the afternoon, which made me wonder why it was available to book in the first place. Made me feel really uncomfortable, it was not at all like my first experience here with a different lady who was lovely. I wouldn’t recommend.

    Came into the salon for a blowout and left feeling amazing. Rebecca was lovely to work with. She asked what I was looking for and quickly got to work. We had a good conversation and after learning about my curl/frizz problems she gave me a great recommendation I’m excited to try. Would absolutely recommend Rebecca’s services at this salon!

    I booked in for a full head balayage and what I got was shocking. I was left with a brown/orange root colour that is not my normal colour alongside uneven highlights all along the top as well as poorly placed foil that caused bleach bleeds (bleach dots random places). He also didn't do a full head he did a half head but I paid for full. When I got home from the initial appointment and blow dried my hair that's when I saw the state it was in. I called Alex, the owner who was the one that did the colour job, and said there were issues with how he had done it. I went back in two days later to get it 'fixed'. He said he would do baby lights but what he actually did was put large streaks of blonde across the brown/orange root (see picture), and only on the top parting so the rest of my roots all over were brown and uneven. He was not able to blow dry my hair due to his injured arm so I had to do that at home and again, was when I saw the horrific streaks he had left. I was flying on holiday that evening and had to have my hair in a ponytail with a cap for over a week. When I got back I went to my usual hair salon and they were in shock at the state of the hair colour and method. I have reached out to the salon via email and on their insta for a refund considering nothing they did to my hair was what I paid for. I have yet to hear back..
