These terms explain the rules for using Clinic Finder. By accessing or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Clinic Finder (the “site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Clinic Finder, whose registered office is at Tewkesbury Business Park, 61 Oakfield Cl, Tewkesbury GL20 8SD. You can contact us at privacy@clinicfinder.co.uk.

2. About the service

Clinic Finder is an information directory that lets people discover and compare UK aesthetic clinics by location, treatment, prices, opening hours and ratings. It is provided for general information only.

3. Not medical or professional advice

Nothing on the site is medical advice, and we are not a healthcare provider. Aesthetic treatments carry risks. Always check a clinic’s qualifications, insurance and regulatory status, and speak to a suitably qualified practitioner or your GP before booking or undergoing any treatment. You rely on the information here at your own discretion.

4. Clinic listings and accuracy

Listing details — including clinic information, opening hours, ratings and reviews — may be drawn from third-party sources such as Google (including Google Places and Google reviews) and from clinics themselves. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or up to date, and a listing does not imply that we endorse, recommend or are affiliated with a clinic. Prices and availability shown are indicative and should be confirmed directly with the clinic.

5. Your account

Some features require an account. We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and receive a one-time code by email to log in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

6. Reviews and other submissions

When you submit a review or other content, you agree that:

  • it is your own honest opinion and based on a genuine experience;
  • it is accurate and not misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful;
  • it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or include others’ personal information without consent; and
  • it does not contain spam, advertising or malicious content.

Submissions may be moderated, and we may edit, decline to publish, or remove content at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with the site.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • scrape, harvest or copy the site’s data or content except as permitted by law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the site or its systems; or
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including posting fake reviews.

The site, its branding and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Third- party content (such as Google data) remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and following a link is at your own risk.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
