I've had my hair done here a few times now. They do take care, listen to what you want and give good siggestions/advice especially as I'm not super stylish and usually don't know what I want. Also drinks and lil chocolates are a nice touch. Price wise is really reasonable considering it's pretty much on kingstreet. I was paying more in burnage for worser service.

The Hollywood wax was carried out professionally and the beautician was friendly. However, I booked this salon specifically because it advertised Lycon waxing. During the appointment, I asked which wax was being used and was told it was not Lycon but a similar hot wax. While the treatment itself was fine, I feel the advertising should accurately reflect the products being used so customers can make an informed choice.

I've been to this salon a few times and it's always been lovely, with the team doing a great job. Unfortunately, my experience last night was very disappointing. I booked an eyebrow wax and tint as the last appointment of the day. Just a few minutes into my appointment, the staff had their coats on and seemed eager to leave. I understand wanting to finish on time, but they accepted the booking. After a very quick eyebrow wax, I was told I hadn't booked a tint. I even offered to pay extra to stay, but was told I couldn't because I hadn't booked it. After I left, I checked my confirmation and I had booked both the eyebrow wax and tint. Mistakes happen, but being told something that wasn't true was really disappointing. (also off to Portugal for a wedding today, very bad timing)

I’m honestly SO happy with my hair today! 😍✨ A huge thank you to Sana for doing such an amazing job.😍 she completely transformed my look and made me feel so confident. She really listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. The color turned out even better than I imagined! 💖 If you’re thinking about changing your hair, I 100% recommend her. You won’t regret it! 🫶

I've been getting my hair cut at Angel and Co for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, after my latest cut, I've decided to move elsewhere. My appointment was moved and the stylist was still running very late. The cut was done in under 15 minutes. The stylist didn't even bother to properly section my hair. She didn't properly section my fringe and now I have a piece of fringe that wasn't cut along with the rest. The stylist poked me in the eye about 4 times and barely even spoke to me. If you don't have time to do a haircut properly then don't take the booking. Aside from this experience, I've also had appointments moved last minute and stylists changes last minute. I had one stylist tell me I shouldn't have a blunt fringe cut in because I don't wear enough makeup (based, apparently, entirely on me not happening to have been wearing any that day). I had another stylist tell me repeatedly what a shame it was that I was cutting my long hair shorter. I've had a couple of good haircuts from here but overall it's just too inconsistent.
