Wouldn’t necessarily recommend. We visited the establishment today for a 60 min couples massage for our anniversary today and my expectations were not met at all. The package clearly stated that upon arrival we would be greeted nicely at the door and sat down for a consultation for personal information such as injuries or main focus points then would have the opportunity to choose from a few options of massages “tailored to your needs”. However this was not the case at all, upon arrival there was so fair greeting and the staff members didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic. We were asked to be prepped for the massage with no consultation and questions. The staff members felt like they judged wanted to get the hour over with regardless of the pressure or how I felt. We were uncomfortable with some of the physical contact during the massage. Certain areas were touched in a way that felt unusual and inappropriate, and it made my partner uncomfortable. I would recommend being mindful of maintaining clear professional boundaries throughout the treatment. Wouldn’t really visit again, the massage wasn’t horrible, just please work on customer service.

Caci facial and massage: I had a fantastic 60min experience with Veska. Not only was she gentle and listened to any concerns I had, she is also highly knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the process as well as frequency of treatments required. I would highly recommend booking in with Veska and balance spa!

AVOID at all costs. Very disappointing experience. My friend and I booked a head spa treatment expecting a relaxing and professional service, but unfortunately it was neither. The treatment was not explained at any stage, staff spent most of the appointment discussing politics between themselves, and repeated comments were made about my hair being “burnt” even after I explained it was professionally coloured. The massage was uncomfortable and painful, with no consultation regarding pressure or areas of concern, or any massage oil used! Most concerning was the cleanliness of the salon. The treatment room appeared unhygienic, with hair on the floor, dirty towels left around, and no soap available in the customer toilet. We also left with tangled, frizzy hair after a rough blow-dry and were expected to finish brushing our own hair. To make matters worse, both of us experienced ongoing scalp soreness, itching and excessive hair shedding in the days following the treatment. When we raised our concerns directly, they were dismissed and our request for a refund was refused. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this salon.

Avoid this place- they have zero experience and doubt any diploma. I booked a 90-minute couples massage via Groupon at Balance Spa, expecting a proper Swedish massage. What we received was nowhere near what was advertised. First, this was not a massage. It was just very light, ineffective rubbing with no technique. I asked multiple times for more pressure, but it was clear the masseuse did not have the basic skills to perform a proper Swedish massage. The most concerning part was a serious breach of privacy. While we were fully undressed during the treatment, two staff members walked into the room with the door open, in full view. This is completely unacceptable in any professional spa environment. On top of that: * The session ended around 20 minutes early * We were promised access to a shower, which was then denied on arrival * The overall experience felt rushed and careless We raised these issues with the manager on-site, who refused to help and directed us back to Groupon. This was supposed to be a relaxing couples experience. Instead, it was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

I had a wonderful experience with Lana and Christina today who made me feel very pampered and welcome. I had both a Japanese Head Spa and Japanese manicure for my birthday pamper. I was extremely happy with both! Lana has the softest magical hands! Christina was the most sweetest hospitable host looking after me too. I look forward to coming again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

We had a couple massage session that my husband purchased for my birthday,it was my second session here. And I thought I will get the service I received few months ago however, the person who starts my massage was different and I was not happy at all. My husband used to be a goalkeeper and he has few injuries, no one asked us if there is any injuries or if we have any issues, They immediately started the massage without asking what kind of massage we like. Their relaxing music stopped after few minutes and as the noise of one of their chair ( or bed ) was disturbing I reminded the lady to turn on the music again. Overall I was not happy with the service I received, it felt that she just want to finish the hour, she was not focused on me and she just wanted to do an easy job, & my husband was worried about his injuries and pressure he received on the areas he had issues. What shocked me the most is the lady who was massaging me finished the session 5 minutes early and made the other lady to finish as well.I looked at the clock and was super disappointed as we paid for 60 minutes not 55! I had a great time on 2nd of March 2025 when I had a session here for first time, that is why we came back again however not any more!

**Warning: Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Nail Salon** I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this salon that I feel compelled to share. I went in for a Gelish manicure, and the nails started breaking. I returned to have them fixed, hoping for a simple resolution. However, the situation only got worse. The receptionist, Naz (or Nad), was not only unhelpful but also quite dismissive. She overbooked clients, and then blamed me for losing clients somehow. Which also led to me having to return FOUR times just to get my nails corrected. A simple gelish manicure. Despite my patience, I was met with unprofessionalism and no improvement. Eventually, Naz/ Nad removed the Gelish entirely, claiming I was lying about the shape I wanted, and asked me to leave. The £45 I spent was completely wasted, not to mention the time spent in back-and-forth visits. The nail technician, however, was kind and did her best to help, but the overall experience was completely ruined by the lack of service and poor attitude from the receptionist. I will not be returning. There are better options out there, like Nail base Chelsea £35 (very close and you will go in once for it to last 3wks), it offers far superior results. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save both your time and money.

I booked a 90-minute couples massage for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be the best massage we’ve ever had! The therapist was very professional—she asked if I was comfortable with a stronger pressure on my back, and she worked through the knots I’ve had for a while. It was a bit painful afterward and I felt sore for a few days, but it was absolutely worth it. The location is excellent, very easy to get to. The interior is clean, nicely decorated, and the calming music added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience and a perfect anniversary treat!
