I visited this salon about two weeks ago, and I'm only leaving this review now because I was away. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The lady who attended to me appeared unhappy from the moment I arrived. She was cold, unfriendly, and gave me the impression that she did not want to do my eyebrows. After she finished, I politely asked if she could clean them up a little more. Instead of responding professionally, she replied in a rude tone, saying, "There is no hair." Her attitude throughout the appointment was unwelcoming and dismissive. I have not had this lady before , her name was Belqas. I believe customer service is just as important as the quality of the treatment. A friendly attitude, basic manners, and respectful communication should be expected in any professional salon. Sadly, this experience did not meet those standards, and I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I have received at your salon. On several occasions, I came in to have my eyebrows done, but I was told that no one was available to do them. However, I noticed that the therapist was on the phone rather than assisting customers. I was turned away multiple times without any effort to accommodate my request. Eventually, I explained to the therapist that she had done my eyebrows before and asked if she could do them again. Only then was I finally seen.she is bangali girl I found the attitude and customer service to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and honesty. Being repeatedly turned away in this manner was frustrating and disappointing. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated with respect and provided with better service in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to your response.

I had eyelash extensions, the beautician was friendly and pleasant. However the results weren’t what I’d asked for or expected. I asked for a classic natural look and she gave me an extreme, very curled and overly full look. She used an enormous amount of glue which resulted in stinging eyes and clumping of the eyelash extensions. The results are awful and very disappointing. It has been an expensive, unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

I absolutely loved my haircut! Even after a month, it still looks amazing and is so easy to manage. The hairstylist was very polite, friendly, and truly skilled at her work. I also really appreciated the way she treated her clients — so warm, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a wax treatment here unfortunatley horrible experience Straight after wax rashes developed on my skin i am concered these hygiene issues may have contributed to the reaction I noticed wax residue builet up on the outside of the heater and around the rims and the equipment didnot appear to be cleaned between clients.This is a hygience concern for me as waxing equipment should be kept clean to prevent contamination.I took a photos of the equipments and the station and floor .My skin starts hurting straight after the wax its been more then ten days its start spreading all over my body .I am going to take this matter to the HIGHER AUTHORITY .The COUNCIL ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TEAM will investigate in their on way (USUALLY AN ANANNOUNCED INSPECTION) i will attached the images online form taken when the therapist left the room
