Literally my go-to threading place. I usually see Ellie (Clifton location) and would recommend her every single time; great listener, quick and professional. Overall, the salon is clean and has a nice ambience. All the staff are lovely and attentive.

well where should I start? I had the most absolutely disgusting disrespectful absolutely disheartening experience in this salon from Julia the owner I wanted to get my eyebrows tattooed not only did she Cancel My appointment to get a sample test done. She then told me to come in the next day me thinking they will do the sample test. No they didn’t even bother to a sample test when I went to get my eyebrows done. Not even once does she numb my eyebrows to start the procedure? I was in so much incredible pain. I had tears coming down my face she only numbed my eyebrows after she did a whole whole one layer of breaking my skin, which is not the correct procedure. A couple of days after the procedure my whole face blew up in blisters all oozing swelled up. My face was disfigured and absolutely horrendous. I ended up in the A&E department. I ended up having a camera down my nose and down my throat to check if my airways were not blocked I was put on a course of antibiotics and antihistamine and I was in hospital for a couple of days and it all turned out that was allergic to whatever she used in her micro blading for the eyebrows which she failed to do the sample test which I asked to do and she cancelled prior the actual treatment day I would definitely advise people to stay away from this business. They’re absolutely appalling. Not once did I get an apology and I reached out so many times not once you want to correct it I was treated like utter crap and also I’m in the middle of getting the action because you’ve have left me not only disfigured and scarred my face looks like it’s literally being burnt off so just know I am I’m seeking legal help and I won’t be letting it go that easily. You have ruined out my complete face and I will be making sure I’ll be posting all my comments and everything negative. You have done to me. just know I am proceeding down the legal route and also I wouldn’t even give this one Star but I had to out of no choice save selves and don’t go here girls you’re only come out traumatised and 10 times worse and then she has a cheek to say I had acne scars when I walked in of course I had a few tiny acne scars, but my skin was absolutely beautiful and clear compared to what she has disfigured me as now

I had the loveliest experience at Beauty Box. I quite was nervous, but Ellie was so accommodating and patient. Her technique meant it was over quickly and her attention to detail resulted in the best quality wax I've had in a while.Will definitely be going back!

I’m absolutely thrilled I booked with Julia to have my eyes done, they look incredible and exactly what I wanted! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I had The Loyalty Glow Experience today and I cannot thank the team enough. Great value for money as a little January treat to myself. The staff were all so lovely and professional. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. My skin looks and feels incredible. Can’t wait to book with you again!
