First time visiting the salon as a potential customer, unfortunately I’ve never experienced customer service like this. Ever. I came in to ask if there was any availability for a pedicure today. There was nobody at reception, so I rang the bell twice at the front desk, which says, “Ring the bell if no one is there,” but no one came. Around 10 minutes later, a member of staff came through the door, went to her desk, and asked if I had a booking. I said I didn’t and asked if there was any availability for a pedicure that day. She offered me a time slot. Before going ahead, I asked how much it would cost. After she told me the price, I replied, “Okay, no worries.” She then asked, “Is there a problem?” I replied, “That’s a bit expensive for me,” which was my honest answer and as a customer, I can choose whether a service is within my budget. When I said that, her demeanour changed. She scoffed and said, “How is that expensive?” in a dismissive tone. I calmly replied, “Well, I go somewhere else that charges less.” She asked me how much I paid the other place, I told her and in a disbelieve tone and response she said “what for shellac?” I wasn’t trying to start or create an argument or disagreement. I answered her question she asked me. I also found it quite strange that my response seemed to be met with disbelief, as I was only explaining why I didn’t want to go ahead with the booking. I’ve never been somewhere where I have been spoken to so unprofessionally and with such unnecessary attitude, just because the member of staff didn’t like my response. I had only asked about a service as a potential customer, and the interaction left me feeling super uncomfortable.

I did the hydrofacial treatment with Carla and it was AMAZING! My rating is 10 out of 5!!! Carla was very welcoming and dedicated, she asked me a lot of questions about my beauty routine and products I was using to be sure of making the proper treatment for my typology of skin. She didn't rush amongst the different faces of the treatment and make me feel a queen! Very professional. Products she used are excellent. Results are visible already at the first session! Highly recommend!!

I have been getting eyelash lift and tints for years. I tried Dear Beauty tor the first time yesterday and had the best one I’ve ever had. Fatima was so friendly, attentive, and easy to get on with. She really made an effort to be certain that I got the best results. The curl is so good - I feel like I have eyelash extensions!
