I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. As a hijab-wearing Muslim woman, privacy is extremely important to me. During my appointment, photos/videos were taken and posted on social media without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I asked for permission to be photographed or to have my image shared online. This caused me significant distress and made me feel that my privacy and religious beliefs were not respected. I believe businesses should always obtain clear consent before posting clients’ photos on social media. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and unable to recommend this salon.

I went to Bella Beauty to have keratin done on my hair. The whole team were very professional, especially Nyhayat and Emel. They were very gentle with my hair and extremely friendly. I didn’t have to wait at the salon, and there were no delays with my appointment. I have been a regular customer for 15+ years and I would highly recommend to everyone. I love the results and will definitely be back! As well as keratin, I also get my hair cut, blowdry, eyebrow thread, lash lift! Thanks for the amazing service 10/10 all round xx

I had such an amazing experience with this service! I did a keratin and collagen treatment, and I was a little bit confused and worried at first that after washing my hair it might become dry or lose its straight look. But even after washing it twice, it still looks incredibly soft, shiny, and straight—I absolutely love the results. I’m hoping Sana was the one who did my hair, as she is such a kind soul and a very hardworking woman. Her effort truly shows in the quality of the work. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I’ve been to many salons in my life and i’ve never had as good of an experience as i had here. They were so so friendly, the hair wash made me feel like i was being transported to heaven it was so relaxing, and even though i was the whitest person in the building i felt so welcomed. There was a slight language barrier between me and my hairstylist, and yet she still managed to deliver exactly what i asked for better than any fluent english hairdresser i’ve ever had. I am so happy that i genuinely jumped for joy (and my hair bounced beautifully with me because of how incredible the blowout is). 100000% recommend i am so so happy. If you’re after layers and a beautiful bouncy blowout combined with an incredible smell, service, and price then definitely go here.
