I had such a great experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and comfortable. My stylist Sarah did a great job with my hair — the cut and finish were exactly what I was hoping for, and it feels amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First of all I’m a regular customer I booked a “Deep Cleansing Facial” that was clearly advertised for £35, but when it was time to pay, I was suddenly told the price was £60 without any proper explanation beforehand. I found this very unprofessional and misleading. Unfortunately, the facial itself was also disappointing. The deep cleansing was not done properly, and I did not see any noticeable improvement in my skin afterward. I expected much better service and transparency for the price charged. I believe customers should be treated with honesty and respect, especially regarding pricing. Sadly, my experience here was not a good one, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Went here a couple years ago but forgot to upload a review! Love love LOVED the outcome of my hair, she did EXACTLY what I wanted and EXACTLY like the picture ! I wanted to keep the length, have layers and dye my hair with highlights!! The lady that served me was “Meire” she was amazing so lovely, had very nice conversations, never had a boring moment ! I was there for a long time, the seats were very comfortable, the music they played was such a vibe and the lighting was beautiful!! 10/10 deffo recommend

I had the most amazing experience at this salon yesterday. I had booked an appointment on New Year’s Day and, when I arrived, I found the salon empty — only to discover they had opened especially just for me. I wasn’t feeling well that day, and the incredible stylist, Sara, went above and beyond by preparing fresh ginger and lemon tea to help soothe my cold. She truly worked her magic; within the hour I left feeling like a brand-new person. Her skill and care are genuinely exceptional. I’ve been coming to this salon for many years and, despite trying countless others across London, I always find myself coming back. The quality is outstanding, the service is unmatched, and the experience is consistently incredible.
