I bought a Groupon voucher for a full body wax. Overall I had a great experience, I had no issues. Only thing I didn't like was that the voucher didn't include the stomach area and they called me an hour before the appointment to inform me about it. It's an extra 15 pounds for the stomach area. Other than that the studio is clean, tidy and with AC. The lady was efficient too.

I had such a great experience at Crystal Beauty Salon! I went in for a blow dry and hair straightening, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The service was excellent from start to finish—everything was done so efficiently without feeling rushed. A special thank you to Nessrin, who did an amazing job. She was professional, skilled, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. My hair looked and felt incredible afterwards! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I got waxing with Zahra. She was amazing and got it done within time with proficiency. Hygiene is very important for me and the cleanliness of the store, equipments and process were good. I would come again for future waxing appointments.

Nesrine was absolutely amazing. It's the third time I come here and I trust her like I've never trusted another hairdresser. This time she also dis my colour and of course she nailed it! Zahra my hairdresser she really made my hair so gorgeous 💗 it was dull dry before but after shampoo ,lil bit of trim and blowdry bingo so beautiful. I always do my eyebrows with her too ,so reliable and professional. Highly recommended.
