I did not want to leave any bad review but my holiday is ruined because of the horrendous experience. The salon that I usually go to ace my eyebrows but unfortunately it was closed yesterday so I just went to the nearest salon because I had a flight to catch at night. The moment the lady started threading my eyebrows, I knew she did not know how to do it. She used the thread so lightly that my hair was breaking rather than being pulled from the root. 3 times I had to tell her that I was not satisfied. When i showed her the hair, she said “thats not your eyebrows that’s your forehead” i was like “girlll whattt???”. The second time I showed the hair again, her response was that she can’t pull out the small hair and if she used the thread hard it’s going to cut my skin. Minding you I had a full growth and the hair was broken by her. I just gave up the third time and just walked out of the place. I have not received any other services from here but I know damn well they do not know how to thread.

I booked an appointment for long layers expecting a professional haircut, but what I received was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I trusted the stylist with my hair, spent my money, and walked out feeling embarrassed instead of confident. The cut is completely uneven. The ends are jagged and inconsistent, and the layers are not blended properly at all. Instead of soft, flowing layers, my hair now looks choppy and unfinished, like it was rushed without any care or technique. Even the basic shape of the haircut is uneven from side to side. This is not what a professional layered haircut should look like. What hurts the most is that the damage was obvious the moment I got home. My family immediately noticed how uneven it looked, and people literally laughed at my haircut. No customer should ever have to feel humiliated after paying for a salon service that is supposed to make them feel better about themselves. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this did not feel like a small mistake. It felt careless. If a stylist is not experienced with cutting long layered hair, they should be honest instead of ruining someone’s hair and confidence. Hair takes years to grow, and a bad haircut is not something that can simply be fixed overnight. I spent money expecting professional service and left with disappointment, frustration, and a haircut that now needs correction from someone else. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for layered cuts unless they are prepared to risk uneven results and wasted money.

I went in just to do my eyebrows and walked out with a completely unexpected transformation. After my brows were done, they suggested a haircut, and I’m so glad I said yes—it turned out amazing. The customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their services truly deserves appreciation. Especially Shilpi—she is amazing and extremely skilled at what she does, which made the whole experience even more special and the place more attractive to me. I’ll definitely be visiting again and again.

This salon is my preferred choice for haircuts every three to four months. Shilpi consistently does an excellent job, and has for the past three years. Each time, she has provided a wonderful haircut, and my hair has grown out beautifully afterward.
