Been going to see Emma for my nails for over 5 years now & also had other treatments too. She is professional, caring & its always a fabulous experience. i recommend her to everyone, best in the business!

Came to do my holiday gel pedicure with the owner Emma and on the day I was treated nicely , however when I went on holiday to a sunny country the colour quickly (within 2-3 days) started to fade away and my toes were looking ridiculous with almost no colour left !!! Never heard of it. Upon return I visited the salon for some explanation and fair resolution, first I came in she wasn’t in , and the girl who was there was proper rude to me when I asked when the boss will be in, she said she didn’t know.. the next day I came in and spoke to Emma - when I expressed my disappointment she said she has nothing to do with it and didn’t want to offer any money back and not even expressed any empathy. When I started explaining to her my point it was clear she didn’t care about customer satisfaction only about proving her point which was “it must have faded in the sun (within 2 days) saying some colours could fade “. If this is the case it’s not professional to not be aware of what colours can fade in the sun when the customer comes in and telling you they are going to sunny destination you should advise them or offer the colour that will not fade within 2 days (sounds suspicious anyway). Since I have stood by my point and asked for fair resolution , she’s said she could rectify which is too late after a holiday where my toes have been ruined within few days, and also it would not be a nice experience to do your nails with someone who didn’t even apologise and led to tension taking no responsibility for charging £35 and the outcome is poor; then categorically refused to give any. refund or at least partial one and also said I’ve been horrible to her (expressing dissatisfaction with your services is apparently horrible:)) and that I should leave her shop , which is just avoiding any responsibility for an awful service. Won’t be trusting again.

Went in for my first time and got Biab with tips. Emma was lovely and my nails are fab! Would definitely be going back again.

I received the fast tan. Best tan I’ve ever had. All the little touches at the end to remove tan from between fingers, nails and soles of feet were great. 90 mins later and I had a shower. 6 days later and I’m still brown. I’ve been asked numerous times where I went on holiday.

I have my makeup and eyebrows waxed and tinted by a lovely girl called Sharon. I don't like to look too overdone and she did my makeup perfectly. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her.
