Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I had microneedling with BioRePeel for the first time while dealing with a lot of skin inflammation. Dana was so gentle and comforting throughout. She has such a calming energy and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was clean and organised. I never expected a chemical peel to feel relaxing, but thanks to Dana it genuinely was. Elenoire is so amazing. I overslept and missed my appointment because I was in the middle of night shifts. She was very understanding and was able to rebook me on to the next available slot. Even when I offered to pay a penalty for the missed appointment, she declined and said she understood the situation. The actual appointment was really great. Elenoire is very warm and friendly. She started off with numbing cream before the microneedling process; I never knew microneedling could be so relaxing. She answered all my questions adequately. She also recommended a game changer moisturising balm for aftercare. Overall a 10/10 experience!

I went to Elenoire's today for my first time getting my lips and Botox. Dana is welcoming and friendly from the start.
