Thanks to the help and support of all the staff within Elite i have managed to change my life for the better. I was very hesitant to begin with to start Mounjaro but after seeing so many people have positive outcomes I looked into it more and asked Debbie first information which she happily pointed me into the right direction for. To start with I was going else where for my medication but was let down a few times and Debbie and Carly each time I was let down was more than gappy to help me out. This lead to me moving over to Elite and thanks to the help from the girls am now 7 stone down and feeling soo much better for it. No matter what all the staff within Elitd are always happy to help with any questions and always so kind and supportive.

My girlfriend is too nice to write a bad review so I will! She booked with Carly for Botox a few weeks ago ended up looking like Mr Spock She messaged Carly (on the No she’s used to book & chat with Carly ) who offered to fix it the following week!!!!l When she went along for her appointment still looking like Spock a week later, she was told Carly was on her way & to wait in her room. She texted Carly for an idea how long she would be as she had an appointment to go to afterwards. No reply. She waited 30 minutes & to be told Carly was just back from Turkey & had a sickness bug. Fair enough but at least let her know she wasn’t coming into the salon that day! She was told Carly would be back on Friday & they would be in touch. She messaged Carly to enquire how she was. Still no reply so she called the salon who gave her another appointment. When she arrived for that appointment she was told Carly wasn’t in. The lady on reception apologised and asked what No she was messaging Carly on. Yes that’s her personal No she replied . She’s took my girlfriends No & said they would give her a call.,…. Still waiting.a week later Total disrespect for their customers & very unprofessional & my girlfriend still has Mr Spock eyebrows!

Booked to see Carly in July for September. I Sent email few days before to confirm everything was Ok to go ahead. Received automated email 24 hours before appointment. Took afternoon off work unpaid to attend, to be told Carly was in Liverpool???? First time attending the clinic, and last. Poor service, member of staff uninterested. Can’t help but think I dodged a bullet tbh. Such a shame as I had high expectations after following Debbie and her team for some time before taking the plunge and booking in.

I originally visited Elite on the recommendation of a friend, for weightloss. I had gained a large amount of weight, had high blood pressure and dizziness. Both Debbie and Carly are so knowledgeable and supportive, they are a pleasure to deal with. I have lost almost 4 stone and the difference in my general health has been great as well as the confidence it has given me. Post weight loss I have visited the clinic for hifu, skin boosters and botox and highly recommend a visit regardless of the treatment you are looking for.
