What I asked for vs. what I received I booked this appointment because I have a wedding to attend, and unfortunately I’m now left with nails I really don’t feel confident wearing. I specifically asked for delicate, round nails. What I received was completely different , the shape is square and bulky, not at all what I requested, and the finish looks far from refined. On top of that, the nail colour doesn’t match my toes, which was also part of the plan. I do appreciate the time and effort that went into the appointment, but £75 is a significant amount of money for a result that doesn’t match the request. Overall, this was very disappointing, especially given the occasion I needed them for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients receive what they actually request. Expectations Vs reality Update: less than a week and the nail (what so called BIAB by them) is already coming off and breaking . Waste of Money and professionalism

I had my hair cut here, and honestly it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and it turned out so well. I’ve been getting compliments nonstop ever since! I’ve also had my nails done by Kevin who did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone at Endless Hair and Beauty was sooo friendly, genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met. They really go above and beyond for every customer. It was my first time there and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. I also really enjoyed the Turkish Tea while getting my hair and nails done. The treatments you can find here are truly endless!! They have nearly everything beauty and hair related all in one place, which is super convenient and such a time saver. I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend Endless Hair and Beauty to anyone looking for amazing service and results!

I had my nails done by Kevin and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the whole appointment. He did my nails perfectly, exactly how I asked, and paid so much attention to detail. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
