I came from Italy especially to get IV drip for hyperpigmentation skin brightening from Shania at Glam Master and honestly saying from the moment to booking to coming in and receiving the treatment was flawless I booked my flight and Shania made me comfortable with the process was checking everything ran smoothly once I came in to the clinic I was give in-depth consultation she asked all relevant medical questions as she didn’t know I was a doctor by profession I was very satisfied of consultation then proceeded to the treatment which was excellent also as shania had a medical background I knew I was in safe hands. The results are fantastic my hyperpigmentation is less and the skin is even and brighter I have came to her in Manchester 3 times now and travelling all way from Italy definitely recommend Shania

I came to Glam Master all the way from Italy especially for Shania at Glam Master to get the IV Drip for Skin Brightening I suffered from hyperpigmentation for many years and now this is my 4th session and have seen massive improvement in my hyperpigmentation it’s nearly gone and my skin is soo much brighter and even this is the best decision i have made to come to her after finding her on Tik Tok i seen impressive results so after consultation I flew from Italy and came to the clinic. she is very professional explained everything and i am so happy with the results I recommend to all who has skin conditions and want skin brighter

Shania is absolutely fantastic. Makes you feel at ease during your whole treatment. Advises what is best and also makes you look fabulous! I go all the way from bury for fillers because I know she does an amazing job every time! I would highly recommended her if you are thinking about having fillers or any other treatments

Do NOT come here for a haircut. I got my haircut at this salon and noticed it was uneven while I was away in London after my first wash. At the salon it looked even as it was blow dried but it was unequal as shown in the first photo. I had to go back two times to try to fix it, even though it should have been done correctly the first time. The manager assured me I could come back another day and they would fix it with no problem, as the salon was extremely busy that day. I had the second haircut for correction, which was EVEN WORSE. Since then, I have been trying to reach the salon through messages and calls, but they have been unresponsive. I explained the situation to the staff as the manager was not in, showed photos, and specifically said the fix should be free making it very clear what I was there for as the mistake was done on their end. I just needed a small correction to make my haircut even, not a full haircut. Despite this, they ignored my request and gave me a full haircut (a very awful one at that) and charged me again. They omitted the fact that I had to get the hair fixed by the same person that done it the first time so that they could charge me for a full haircut again for their profit and gain. They also taunted me saying I should have came earlier to fix it but it should have been done correctly the first time and how many times should I visit the salon to get the right service? I shouldn’t have to explain myself about why I couldn’t come but they should explain themselves as to why they couldn’t complete a task correctly for which they are paid for as they are “professionals”. I have been patient with this salon and gave them a chance to fix it but they made it so so so much worse. My hair was chopped harshly and so unevenly. It’s absolutely terrible. They did not listen to what I clearly requested. I have now spent £60 and am left with a badly cut hairstyle with an awful shape. I didn’t realise it at the salon because they did not show me the result from the back but that evening I contacted the salon about it and have had no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of accountability, poor communication, and the quality of service. My hair is ruined, and they have offered no solutions or attempt to make the situation right, instead ignoring me. The quality and priorities of this salon has significantly fallen below what you would expect from a service providing business that once was good. I’m truly appalled. Definitely DO NOT recommend this salon and will never be returning again.
