Had a hot stone massage here, overall very poor experience. The room was small, and felt claustrophobic. The massage table is small, with my feet hanging over the bed!! The lady who did the massage didn’t really massage. It was more superficial, touchy feely. There was no pressure applied during the massage, and overall no technique or skill. The whole venue wasn’t well kept. The reception felt dirty, and upstairs also filthy. Will be the first and last time! I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over!

I had a facial at Harborne Spa and Clinic with Kalsoom and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming, and the treatment left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a great quality facial and a truly calming experience. The products used felt so gentle yet effective, and my skin looked noticeably better right away. She also did an excellent job with blackhead removal, leaving my skin clearer and smoother than ever.

I was greeted warmly by Kadesha, who accompanied me upstairs for my treatment. She gave me a deep tissue massage and it was absolutely incredible. She explained everything she was doing throughout, and I honestly felt about 50% lighter afterwards. Kadesha is so professional – her hands are soft, yet her pressure really works to relieve pain and tension. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re thinking of booking, definitely go for a massage with her – 10/10! 🌟

The worst manicure and pedicure I ever had in my life. I took those pictures 5 minutes after .I think my 8 year old daughter would do a better job. 45£ for nothing. Never again!!!
