Purchased a groupon voucher as I'm off work for the summer so I thought I'd try a salon closer to home than the one near work. Was such a bargain for a spa pedicure & manicure with gel. Unfortunately, I didn't get the ladies name but she was very friendly and did a lovely job. Really relaxing spa pedicure and she was even able to attach an extension to a nail I'd lost in an accident and hadn't fully grown back. Would never guess it was plastic.I don't often treat myself so it was lovely to feel so pampered. Beautiful colour and I felt she really took her time to make it perfect. Also able to park in the road opposite after 3pm which was a bonus. Thank you so much. ❤️

I was gifted a voucher for this salon and had never been before. Booking was incredibly easy, and they were even able to fit me in on the same day. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness that I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Piya did an absolutely amazing manicure and pedicure. She took so much care, time, and attention to detail, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted everything to be perfect. She is kind, attentive, and really listens to what you want. I was offered coffee and biscuits and was made to feel thoroughly pampered throughout my visit. It had been a long time since I had been to a salon due to illness, so this experience meant a great deal to me. I left feeling happy, refreshed, and very grateful. I had a wonderful experience at Kristal Beauty in South Harrow. Krupali did my nails and eyebrows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was extremely detailed and gentle throughout the appointment. My natural nails were quite brittle, but she took great care of them and didn’t cause any discomfort or damage at all. The service was professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. I left the salon with a beautiful nail design on my natural nails and perfectly shaped eyebrows. It was my first time here and am absolutely pleased with both my manicure and pedicure with biab polish. They used an amazing scrub on both my feet and hands which felt like it totally renewed my skin.All the staffs were absolutely patient and polite.Im actually bad at taking pictures but it looks way better in person. I had such a great experience at Kristal Salon! I went in for a pedicure and body waxing, and both services were excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Specially krupali did such a nice treatment… The pedicure was very relaxing, and my feet felt amazing afterward.
