The salon looks lovely as you enter, the owner and staff are lovely and friendly. The consultation was great they listened to what I wanted and explained what was possible and how we could get to the final look I want. Will definately be going back. Love the results.

This may have good reviews for hair, but don’t bother going for lashes or nails! I came without an appointment, so expected a delay- fair enough.. but for nails and weekend lashes altogether took 2.5 hours. Jayme did my nails. And in between doing them and other clients, she said she did weekend lashes. At £20 you may as well get semi permanent real looking lashes. These cheap fluffy ones looked awful. She over applied and they were all chunky and thick at the ends. I was polite and honest and said I really didn’t like them and apologised for not being happy as I didn’t want to offend her- even though these things were offensive to me. I asked her could she fix the ends she advised not, and still charged me the full price without even offering to remove them for free but said she would have to charge £5 to remove. What lovely customer service! As for the nails, they look like a plane runway with a plane taking off. Like ski slopes. After calling to politely voice my opinion and see what she could do about the nails, the owner Katie was just so rude. She was clearly angry how dare I complain when Jayme has been doing nails for over 20 years (I’d advise she retrain as it is NOT correct to have lifted up nails) and the energy I felt was just too overwhelming.. Absolutely no customer service skills to try to correct poor applications.. Even tried to scare me with ‘all calls are recorded’ spiel which isn’t true.. I suggest you all go back to the drawing board and learn some customer service and skills because it’s deeply lacking in that department. These nails have been on for 3 days. Already cracked and split in corners and look horrendous! Don’t tell me I didn’t have a right to voice my disappointment..
