I’ve always done DIY skincare by myself, but with so many products and conflicting advice on the market, it feels like a minefield knowing who/what to trust. I chose Mayfair Renew Aesthetics because I saw the healthy, radiant glow the therapist had and the next photo was of her and a client naturally smiling, friendly and warm. After reading her website, I felt confident that she had the knowledge, experience and honest approach I was looking for. Following my appointment today, I only wish I had found Jacqueline 20 years ago. Not only did I receive an amazing treatment, but I also came away with valuable advice on a home skincare routine and a clear long-term plan tailored to my skin. I had the Million Dollar Facial and my first-ever chemical peel. Jacqueline carefully explained every step of the process and made sure I knew what to expect. Although she warned me the peel might feel uncomfortable, I only experienced a light tingling sensation. Jacqueline is friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable with years of experience. She responds straight away to what’s app messages and very kindly fits appointments in around my commitments. She immediately put me at ease, provided practical advice without overwhelming me, and reassured me that we have a great, long term plan. I’m genuinely excited for my future appointments and can’t wait to see my skin become healthier, brighter and more radiant. Highly recommended.

My first experience of having facials, and it’s been such a brilliant experience. Jacqueline took the time to really assess what my skin needed and recommend treatments that would work best for me personally. I genuinely look forward to my appointments, they feel like an investment in myself and my wellbeing. We recently visited Jacqueline for HIFU treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, warm, and knowledgeable, making us feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Not only was the treatment itself exceptional, but she also took the time to share plenty of personalised beauty advice and recommendations, which we really appreciated. I’ve had HIFU treatments elsewhere before, but this was by far the best experience and results I’ve had. The level of care, attention to detail, and expertise truly stood out.
