I completed a course of 10 post-operative lymphatic drainage massages with Krystal, including deep oscillation and radio frequency. I also received help with wound care and purchased a Stage 2 faja through Krystal, which was great quality and very reasonably priced. Throughout my recovery, Krystal has always been there to answer questions, offer advice and provide reassurance whenever I’ve messaged her with concerns. She replies quickly, is incredibly caring and patient, and having her support made me feel much less alone during my post-op journey. I’ve been really happy with all of the treatments. I always felt comfortable, well looked after and in safe hands. Krystal is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for post-operative care.

I had my post-op lymphatic drainage massages with Krystal and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Her massages really helped with my recovery and swelling, and she always took the time to explain everything she was doing properly. She has such a warm and funny personality which made every appointment enjoyable and comfortable. Recovery can be quite hard, but Krystal created such a positive environment and genuinely cared about how I was healing. Thank you again for all your help and support — you were fantastic! 🤍

Krystal has been an absolute breath of fresh air. She has such an extensive knowledge in all areas and is a true professional. She guided me through my recovery journey with such compassion, ease and understanding. I felt I was truly in the best hands and felt comfortable at all times. I was very apprehensive after a large surgery and Krystal has supported me fully. Even down to coming to my home when I couldn't get to her, or advice any time via the phone if i had a concern. Plus, lots of laughs along the way - which is always lovely. I really aporeciated the advice and information ready for my next stage of healing. I couldn't be happier. Krystal is a true professional. I had a ‘mummy makeover’. Krystal was able to share her own professional experiences of what to expect with my recovery. She was kind and empathetic. She was able to advise me on what support wear to use. I didn’t know what to expect with the actual massage; however, I was reassured by her professionalism, and felt it made a real positive difference. A fantastic experience from start to finish. I couldn’t praise my treatments with Crystal any higher! From the initial communication, to the treatment itself, to the aftercare and knowledge she provides, my experience has been excellent throughout! I’ve been having lymphatic drainage massages post surgery, and it has helped speed up my recovery so much and in general I feel so much better thanks to Crystal! Plus our sessions literally fly by because it’s like chatting with your friend for an hour 🤍
