I’ve had a great experience at Moda Donna Beauty Clinic. Gabriella is amazing, professional, and very experienced. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality treatments.

If that's your first time getting powder eyebrows - RECONSIDER! I had mine done here on May 15th as a model. The student, in all fairness, was very diligent and tried very hard to draw the eyebrows. Unfortunately, she made a mistake (and the supervisors were apparently too busy chatting to each other to fix her mistake) of not seeking my approval for those eyebrows before tattooing them. When I finally saw the result, I was speechless - in a bad way! I ended up looking like a neandertal! The owner of the clinic told me the colour would become less prominent - and it did, to be fair - however, my multiple attempts to say that the shape and the size were the problem, not the colour, were completely ignored. I had to walk around with those eyebrows (they are probably now on Google Maps, given their size) for 6 weeks, and it will set me back £700+ to get them removed. Don't be cheap if that's your first time doing powder eyebrows! Opt for a better clinic with a higher price tag where they will check the size and the shape with you BEFORE decimating your face with something you're going to hate.

I do not recommend this service. I came in for an eyebrow lamination and tint. I am attaching photos of my eyebrows taken on the same day, both before and after the procedure, so that everyone can judge the result for themselves. Before the appointment even started, I was surprised by Liliia’s attitude. She explained that she was running late because her previous client was “very talkative.” After hearing a professional speak about a client in that way, I did not feel comfortable engaging in conversation myself, so I mostly stayed quiet during the procedure. Despite that, she repeatedly encouraged me to talk, saying things like, “Come on, tell me something.” I found this inappropriate, as I came for a beauty treatment and did not expect to feel pressured into having a conversation. As for the result, I am extremely dissatisfied. The colour turned out much darker than what I expected and discussed beforehand. Instead of a natural-looking result, I was left with very dark eyebrows that do not suit my appearance. When I raised my concerns, I was not offered a refund. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience, and I cannot recommend Liliia’s services.

I got my legs laser done at Moda Donna and Gabriela was my therapist. She’s honestly so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I had really rough skin because of ingrown hairs, but after a few sessions I could see a big difference..and now my skin is completely smooth! Thank you so much Gabriela for being so kind and supportive. Also, the prices are really reasonable

I visited this clinic for a bikini laser treatment using a Groupon coupon. After booking and spending hours getting there, I was told that the bikini area was not included. I do not recommend this clinic and am still trying to obtain a refund from both the clinic and Groupon. Please be cautious

Don't support this business, they don't put the customer first. Just about the money to the extent that they sent their bank details so I could deposit cash upfront before going to the salon although neither their website or treatwell where they are registered asks for it. It allows for pay at venue post appointment and also allows rescheduling. I rescheduled twice owing to my busy schedules at the minute and they sent me their bank details to deposit the cash before I arrive at my appointment a week before the appointment! Ridiculous rip off businesses with no business acumen shown by staff!

I had an amazing experience with my microneedling session! I felt welcomed and comfortable. Gabriela was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I felt comfortable and confident . The whole visit was pleasant, and I truly appreciated her skill and care. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
