I’ve been coming to Hair Salon Narsis for more than 5 years for laser hair removal, Botox, and hair services, and I’m always so happy with the care I receive. Thank you for running such a wonderful family business. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they truly make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. I’m so happy with my haircut and blow-dry by Lili! She really understood the style I wanted and made my hair look fresh, healthy, and beautiful. The blow-dry lasted so well and the cut was exactly what I was hoping for. She’s talented, welcoming, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. I had such a great experience with Lili! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and paid so much attention to detail. I’ve been in Narsis salon for my skin rejuvenation treatment, the consultation was thorough, and the practitioner took the time to explain the treatment, the expected results, and how to care for my skin afterwards. ⸻ I went to this salon because I wanted to bleach my hair and achieve a beige/ash blonde color. Since my hair previously had burgundy dye, I was already concerned about whether the stylist would be able to lift the color properly. Azar assured me confidently that achieving the color was possible. She told me she could get the result I wanted and suggested doing a strand test first. I agreed. However, after taking the test (which unfortunately damaged a section of my hair and left it with an unpleasant color), I was told that the desired result was not achievable. On top of that, I was charged £10 for the strand test — something I was not informed about beforehand. I would have appreciated transparency about the cost before the test was done. It was disappointing to pay for a test that damaged my hair and confirmed that the color couldn’t be achieved, especially after being reassured that it was possible. Overall, I felt frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the outcome of the appointment.
