    I had a haircut done by Sheetal today and was very pleased with the outcome. I showed her a picture about what I was expecting and she made it even better, and she was so nice. It was my first time and with the warm welcome, I would definitely come back as I'm very satisfied with the cut.

    I’ve been coming here regularly for haircuts with Marketa, and I genuinely think she does an amazing job. She always cuts my hair beautifully, and I’ve consistently been happy with her work. However, my recent experience with a full face wax was very disappointing. It was my first time getting waxing done here, and I made it clear that I have sensitive skin. I was reassured that the pink wax they use is suitable for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at all. I regularly get face waxing done elsewhere every month without any issues, but this time I developed red bumps and pimple-like irritation across my face. This has left my skin in a much worse condition than before. I was also concerned about hygiene practices. I noticed that the same spatula was being used in the wax machine for multiple clients, which is not hygienic and is quite worrying. Considering the high prices, I expected a much better standard of care and cleanliness. While I will continue to book with Marketa for haircuts, I would not recommend their waxing services based on this experience.

    100% recommend ! I’ve come here a few times for a balayage and blow dry, always end up pleased with the results , marketa is the best 🥰🥰 , it lasts a long time too , usually I would do a top up twice a year

    Spontaneously booked a Ceteum facial for my mum & me and I’m so glad I did. Suzanna was amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, professional and made the whole experience so relaxing. She treated us one after the other with such care, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. The space was tidy, clean and well kept. Great ambiance with the candles & music. I’ll definitely be booking again in 4 weeks time
