"I had the absolute best experience with Gita! She did a brow lamination and lash lift for me, and the results are flawless. I just got violated in this salon and put under unsafe conditions. The owner tried to stop me from getting dressed. Stood over me to argue and demanded obedience while I am laid down unclothed. I just had the most horrifying experience in this place £99 worth of massage and facial treatment. Lets start from the beginning. I arrived at 16:15 on time for my appointment. Instead of greeting me, these two therapist were doing their nails. They asked me to sit and wait while they finished their nails, delaying my appointment to 16:40pm. Nena the owner then made a comment on my body hair saying she sees my body hair through my shorts and if I wanted their waxing on the spot. Incredibly intrusive and repulsive. After I had my massage with the junior therapist, nena came to do my facial. As soon as she came into the room she said 'awwww look at you all relaxed now' as if she was speaking to an overly familiar person, Not a client. Once she started the facial, she was tugging and slapping in an extreme rushed manner. I asked her to be gentle, she did not change her volume. I asked her if she is in a rush as her manner is in such a hurry. She said I attacked her with that comment, and started being incredibly defensive and divert the attention and comment by lecturing me on facial, steam, and how empty the salon is. She stated she was not happy that I requested to see her instead of her junior therapist I was booked under. Which is the reason why she is being so aggressive and rushed throughout the entire time. She started arguing non stop, verbally combating while still working on my face. She SKIPPED my SPF and stood over me and told me to listen while I was laid down unclothed. I sat up and immediately demanded her to leave the room so that I could get dressed. She DID NOT and said this is her salon and that she is the owner. I had to ask her repeatedly before she left the room. Nena should be no where near a client, let alone operating a service.This will be reported to the absolute highest chain of institution for license and to the app I book under. I hope she will provide CCTV for investigation. Without letting the minor harm get away. Through out she was upselling other services aggresively the entire time. She is exceptionally power-tripped, treating clients as if they are not autonomous individuals. Do not go anywhere near this place.

Waste of time and money. For £170 it is definitely the worst massage I even had, I am not even sure the masseuse who gave me massage was qualified as she was literally doing same thing for one hour without releasing any knots. I live locally and go to massages once a week. I was trying this one with my friend, both massages were not really massages. I told my masseuse numerous times to focus on my back and shoulders and instead she was just doing the same movement for 1h without listening to what I was trying to say. My friend had massage given by the owner, which was lymphatic, with sadly also had zero effect (and we get massages done all the time, so speaking from the experience). We both were asking for one hour both of masseuses to change the technique and tension, but it was all the same. Shame, as it is local to me and I thought to give it a try. Instead of apologies or anything owner just went to defence mode telling us that we don’t know what we are saying and “next time” should ask for a different massage. Very poor experience, and not very client oriented P.S. to reply to Nena’s comments: we both did complain every 10 min, and nothing changed. The girl who was doing my massage was just doing the same motion with zero pressure for whole hour and did ask her many times to work on my problem zones. No free massages were offered, so no need to invent. You just said that next time I need to ask for a different massage (although I had tension on neck, shoulders and upper back). No one cares if you are doing it for 18 years. It doesn’t mean you’ve been doing it right or well.

The actual gel manicure was ok but coming out of the salon I realised how my nails were not filed properly. I didn’t mind too much but just less then a week later the nails begun to chip. I wasn’t even doing any work or using water or anything like that as I was on a holiday. I usually do gel manicures at another place and it lasts 2 weeks perfectly but here for £40 it didn’t even last a week. Having a manicure or any other nail service here is definitely not worth it.
