Used this salon for hair and never had a problem but my last visit was appalling. Shop was late to be opened leaving me waiting outside then had to wait whilst it was opened up and lights switched on ect.. Alysha cut my hair, after asking for shoulder length hair and a side parting she insisted on a middle as “your face is too fat for side”. My hair was cut way too short and really bouncy so couldn’t clearly see the cut until I got home. Having straightened it myself when I got home the wonky cut was clearly visible, I have thick hair and always have lots of layers but these were clearly never blended and when worn in a bobble you can see lots of steps in my ponytail. Never like to leave a bad review but I’m so disappointed with this cut and have lost all confidence and respect in this hairdresser so will not return to have it rectified.

Third visit after having several visits for Swedish massage with Saba who is amazing & finding the staff very welcoming! I booked in for eyebrows & eyelash tint. Root colour cut & blow dry with Sahaila she is a lovely gentle lady. Very attentive and professional. I have read negative reviews. Yet i know there are fresh clean towels in the beauty room. Tissue & a warm sink to wash your hands. A very relaxing experience & I will go back . Lots of parking available in Stockport. Cash or card payment taken.

Charged £40 for a blow dry, JUST A BLOW DRY and REMOVAL OR GEL! Walk in the salon freezing cold, asked for the blow dry and gel removal, one woman didn’t seem Interested and the other one was whispering something to her. Than the blonde woman direct me to the “hair salon area” absolutely dirty , dirty towel all over the place, someone hair on the floor, had to wait her to brush the floor and than been sitting. The one woman didn’t remove my mother gel properly the first time, my mum had to ask to do it properly. Definitely not coming back, lack of customer service, cleanliness and skills avoid!

I had a full on pamper day at Radiance and have left feeling so refreshed and energised! Best pregnancy massage I’ve had and luxury pedicure was perfect! The salon owner and the girls were so kind and they had so many offers on, I took advantage and ended up getting an LVL lash lift and tint whilst I was there as well, can’t wait to go back! Customer service was 🤩 and most importantly the salon and rooms were clean! Big yes from me! Thankyou girls! 💖
