The building was clean and beautifully presented. Chloe was so lovely and welcoming. She gave me all the information regarding the services I enquired about, and was thorough with everything she explained. She took me through the process when having the patch tests, and checked that I was ok through this time too. It was honestly Chloe’s amazing customer service that solidified that I had booked with the right company :)
