I'm so happy today as my eyebrow shape was done by Valeria which was so critical to figure out the right shape as it was first time to create a shape and I did messed up with my eyebrows trying to do by myself .She was so friendly to seek my opinion with her valuable suggestion. She gaves an attention to detail and took a great care which made my eyebrows perfect and beautiful only an experienced person can do it.So I recommend her 100%.

I made an appointment with the Royal Beauty Lounge on Monday, arrived to Cardiff and found that that they cancelled my appointment the very last minute due to a family emergency. Then, as I telephoned the number, they didn't answer the phone and I already paid the facial treatment using Groupon. It was disrespectful and unnecessary. They stood me up and its very rude of them to do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to be taken for a mug.

Such lovely service and lovely people, The place is so pretty and has really beautiful interior. My lash lift was so relaxing and the lady that did my lashes was so lovely, we chatted and I explained to her how I felt nervous about getting them done due to past experience with another beauty place and she did them exactly how I wanted them to be done. They look so full and long thank you very much. I really do recommend this place :D
