My nail tech was perhaps preoccupied and or frustrated about her scheduled appointment times, and therefore rush through the appointment process. This resulted in cuts around my nail beds from harsh drilling.

I was not going to leave a negaticve review but my experience here was sooooo bad. The salon itself is very nice, clean and professional vibes. They made me a lovely coffee too, which set my expectations high... Booked to get my nails done at 5pm - acrylic set, catseye. I was told it would be finished by 6.45pm - already a long time imo. I didn't leave the salon til 7.15pm. The young girl doing them definitely tried her best but was so slow... didn't even get to putting the first coat of polish on until 6.30pm. I had come in with my natural nails so it was a ridiculously long time. The manicure itself was painful - my cuticles are still sore. Some of the nails were wonky, the paint was applied messily, the "catseye" was just a shiny coat without any of the depth characteristic of the style. I was offered a discount to remove the £14 extra for catseye (which hadn't even been delivered)- a small gesture which I took in a mad rush to get to my plans laaaaate - whole evening delayed. Within 24 hours of leaving the salon 2 of the nails have broken. I cant believe I paid 52£ for 2.5 hours to be spent for an amateur looking job and now with 2 broken nails. I feel bad for the girl who clarly wasn't experienced enough for the job and management should not have put her in that position. Outrageously bad experience for me - see pics.

I came in initially for a russian manicure and deep tissue massage and left with a haircut as well! Special thanks to Dami for an incredibly detailed manicure and for completely restoring them. Thank you Aisha for wonderful conversation during a very well needed and focused massage. And thank you to Milu for fitting me in last minute for a wash cut and blow dry service - amazing attention to detail to give me exactly what i wanted and needed - lovely conversation as well! I had such an amazing experience with Sim, she truly went above and beyond! I came in for highlights, and she took so much care to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She really listened, gave great advice, and paid attention to every little detail. The end result was even better than I imagined. My highlights look so natural and beautifully blended. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients feeling confident and happy. I couldn’t recommend Sim enough if you’re looking for someone who’s talented, attentive, and puts in that extra effort. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really nice salon and found it easily but have uploaded these videos as others apparently find it difficult. Ayesha (sp?) was lovely to talk to and provided a painless and very quick wax. The wax used felt like really good wax. Definitely will go back!
