I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I booked a deep cleansing session, but the results were unsatisfactory, as my pores were not properly cleaned afterward. The therapist talked excessively and pressured me to book more sessions, which I found very annoying. She insisted on scheduling additional appointments through persistent persuasion, and I paid for them. When I later attempted to cancel, I was told it was not possible and I would not receive a refund. I changed the appointment date, but received no confirmation or reminder, so I completely forgot about it. About 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I called to reschedule, but the staff informed me I would be charged for missing and rescheduling the session at the same rate, with a very rude attitude. This was the worst clinic I have ever dealt with; I lost my money without receiving the service. For your reference, I scheduled another appointment to give you another chance. However, they changed the day and time on the same morning through the Treatwell app without informing me why or notifying me. As a result, I canceled it. Poor planning and attitude!
