i went in for a toner to refresh my highlights which i’ve been trying to grow out for nearly a year now. i wanted to tone them down/ make it more ashy to match my natural colour more. my natural colour has now been lifted to a ginger colour and toner isn’t supposed to do that. it’s disappointing because i now have to start growing it out again from scratch. the only positive from my experience was the young lady who did my hair, she was very sweet, unfortunately i didn’t get what i was hoping for.

got my eyebrows threaded by amisha, she was so so lovely and friendly, i felt so welcomed! she was so attentive, and asked me what i wanted/for my thoughts every step of the way. i was so happy with my brows after having gotten them done, it hardly felt like only £4.00 :) such a reasonable price for such great service, i would definitely come back again 🤗

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Got a keratin treatment here in July 2025 and MY HAIR HAS BURNT OFF AND NOT GROWN BACK SINCE. I hate this place! 😭 they ruined my hair forever and they overcharged me I wish I could sue them! Every day since July 2025 I have regretted going to snippers. I hope they never make a single dime again.

Haircut and Blow Dry I just want to thank Melanie for the hair cut today really liked how it turned out you did a great job I'm absolutely loving it! You've totally transformed my hair, it's amazing! Best haircut I've had in 6 months and this is my second haircut with Melanie I really love the way in which she puts efforts in her job There were 3 other staff working in the salon sorry to say but they were really unprofessional with their behavior front of customers
