Today I’m feeling so happy! ❤️ I had my appointment with Didi today. I got a facial done, followed by a hair treatment. The service was absolutely amazing, and I’m really impressed with the results—they exceeded my expectations! ✨ I would highly recommend everyone to visit at least once. I also bought a beautiful dress, and I absolutely love it. 🥰

I came in specifically asking for curtain bangs — I explained clearly I wanted them long, soft, and face-framing, and showed reference photos. The stylist completely messed it up: cut them way too short, too high, and nothing like what I requested. Now I’m left with bangs I can’t style, that look nothing like what I wanted, and I feel awful about it. She didn’t listen at all, didn’t check in during the cut, and acted like it was fine even though it’s totally wrong. I paid for a service I never received, and I’m extremely disappointed. Do not come here if you care about your hair — they do not listen or do what you ask. Completely disappointed I can’t even see the mirror now 😭 then the owner noticed my cutting is actually really bad and looks nothing like what I asked for and it’s looks so bad then she said she will refund me and now she’s not even answering my phone. Really disappointed
