I had a haircut here, walked in and they saw me on the day. The stylist was brilliant, did a really thorough job and took the time to make sure I was happy with it before leaving. She was really friendly and I appreciated her advice with how short to take my fringe so that it wouldn't look odd! Price was so reasonable for the time and effort that she spent on my hair. I would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! The owner did my hair colouring and another stylist did my haircut, and both of them were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, talented, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What impressed me the most was the owner’s dedication — she even stayed after closing time to complete and style my hair perfectly without rushing anything. That level of care and customer service is truly appreciated. I left feeling so happy and confident with my new look. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for amazing service and a team that genuinely cares about their clients!

I do not recommend this salon. The premises were very unclean and hygiene standards were poor during my waxing service. I was also charged more than the stated price. They increase prices without informing customers in advance and only reveal the higher charge after the service is completed. Very disappointing experience، ⸻ Following the owner’s response, I want to make it clear that I did in fact attend this salon and paid for the service as a genuine customer. My review reflects my real experience, particularly regarding hygiene and pricing, which were clearly inconsistent with what had been communicated beforehand. Instead of addressing customer concerns professionally and responsibly, the owner chose to publicly accuse me of lying. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and concerning for anyone considering visiting this salon. Customers should not be treated this way simply for sharing honest feedback. I strongly encourage anyone thinking of booking to carefully read recent reviews and, importantly, how the owner responds to them.

I love Sultan Salon! The staff are so friendly and welcoming every time I go in. My hair had a orange/brassy undertone which I wasn't a fan of, however they managed to bleach it and get it to exactly be the colour I wanted with no damage at all. I’ve also had an eyelash lift here that lasted almost 2 months(no damage to my eyelashes either), and I get my eyebrows done here too, they do a very good job. The prices are reasonable, the service is consistent, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results and service. Definitely my go-to salon in Cardiff! Thank you to all the lovely people at the salon, will be back soon!
