I went after a while and this time Hameet was my therapist for all treatments. She was very good and thorough that a 1.5 hours waxing treatment was completed within 50 minutes and she saved us both time. Also, Hameet was very professional and understanding towards my sensitive skin. I will be booking future treatments with Hameet.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and, unfortunately, each visit leaves me disappointed with the friendliness and customer service from staff, which has noticeably declined over time. I recently popped in for a walk-in appointment and was told to come back an hour later as staff were busy with bookings. I then booked online to make sure I would definitely be seen, and because it was obvious that staff were only attentive towards customers with appointments. A few minutes later, I received a call asking if I could come in earlier than my booked slot as it was close to closing time. Although it was inconvenient, I agreed and came in earlier. When I arrived, none of the three staff members greeted me. Jaspreet, who carried out my service, didn’t smile, thank me for coming in earlier, or make any effort to engage with me. I didn’t even have the chance to tell her what I wanted because she just assumed and started without consulting me. The service felt rushed and I was left feeling uncomfortable and wanting to leave. I explained how the experience made me feel, but Jaspreet continued to glare at me and still made no effort to apologise. Even the other staff members acknowledged that the atmosphere hadn’t been very welcoming and that Jaspreet had clearly been dismissive throughout the appointment. Overall, the experience was really disappointing, No customer should be treated poorly when they are paying for a service.

I have been going to the salon for 4years and overall have had a very pleasant experience. I always have my bookings with Monaza and I love her to bits. Her attention to detail, customised service and easy smile. She seems to understand well her clients and goes beyond our expectations! She even amends my appointments as she knows I always forget to book something which feels very good to be remembered by someone who’s serving you. Particularly I have been placed outside the room when I’m a regular, specially when I book in advance, which is very upsetting and frustrating as the place is cold and not suitable for appointments. I am fully aware that this is beyond HER domain and it’s done due to the poor or lacking management system, but other than I am very content with her service. She makes me keep coming back! To her a massive THANK YOU! You are a star!
