Updated: As GMaps doesn't allow you to reply to a sellers "feedback", the only option is to update the original post. The Manager is patronising, arrogant and defensive, this is self evident from his reply. He is correct in saying that the original quote didn't match the final payment but this wasn't owing to me changing my mind, this was because the hairdresser didn't want to do the suggestions I bought in and they never communicated the cost/price for anything extra discussed in the "consultation". Just to be very clear, the "Ai" information was literally my thoughts put into bullet points using terminology hairdresser would understand easily so there would be no confusion or language barrier on what I was requesting. All inspiration images were taken from online articles, not Ai. I recommend going to this salon if you like being gaslighted. ____________ Clean space, very quiet. I was looking for a local hairdressing and beauty salon since moving to the area and thought The Broadway Clinic looked good. I noticed it was generally quiet in there so thought it would be good to get a quick appointment. The manager quoted me a price of £120 on the phone but charged me £200. When i walked in, they had forgotten what I had asked for and the welcome was pretty non-existant. They didn't listen to anything i asked for or tell me I was going to be in there for 6 hours. They were discussing my cut and colour between themselves with the Manager directing the hairdresser rather than consulting with me. I had to keep asking and requesting information. I had taken in exact directions (fed into Ai) for what I wanted so there would be no confusion. I was mocked for using Ai and after showing the hairdresser images of what I wanted, she replied, "I don't like that", "this is the one to do", it felt like I had no choice given to me. I had also asked for roots and a copper colour but recieved a caramel blonde highlights which she called a balyage. I've had a balyage done before but not like this, painful hair pulling and backcombing?? The highlights colour is uneven with more on the left side which isnt where i wear my parting. I had to change my work meeting for the person to meet me at the hairdressers. It wasnt communicated or any care given that I was expected to stay in the salon without eating anything for 6 hours! I have complex health issues including recovering from a slipped disc. I had to get lunch by walking into Stratford centre with my foils in. The Manager (male) kept discounting everything I said without any knowledge of my health and hormone issues (talking about why he doesn't agree with plant based milks, using Ai and unsolicited advice on what I should eat, drink, do). I had to keep asking how long the appointment was going to be and when i could go home. I had to arrange pick up for my step son. The hairdresser barely spoke to me the whole day and when she did my cut, she still continued to do an angled bob which was not what i asked for. At the end I just asked for it to be cut into a bob as I was so upset. When paying, I was shocked the manager quoted £200, I was running so late, had a sore back and wasnt feeling well from having been seated for so long. I paid and left in tears. I really disliked my cut and colour. It makes me look old and it was too short. It's been over a month and my friends and family agreed that that cut and colour did not suit me. I received no compliments. For someone who is battling with HRT, depression and low self esteem, i wss hoping a cut and colour would bring me some light. However, this was an awful experience. I was so upset and cancelled my birthday plans that weekend, and haven't been socialising or spending much time outside. I spoke to a professional hairdresser about my experience and they also agreed this was unprofessional. I'm having to wait for my hair to grow and have a box colour to do at home, now that my roots are already fully grown. Im currently out of work so this was a very expensive experience and mistake to make. I definitely wont ever be going there again.

can’t recommend the Broadway Clinic in Stratford highly enough. I’d been struggling with several persistent verrucas on my feet for many years and had tried numerous treatments without success. The team at the clinic removed them using a virtually pain-free treatment, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Their prices were also very competitive, making the service exceptional value for money. I’m extremely impressed with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Broadway Clinic to anyone needing podiatry treatment.

After my appointment was moved to a bit later in the day via phone, I was a bit apprehensive. But the owner (?) apologised about the misunderstanding right as I sat in the chair. Mitch did my hair and she was amazing. She helped me understand my hair better, as I have fine hair that just doesn't seem to grow past a certain length. She recommended me a suitable shampoo, conditioner and serum that suits my needs and explained why. She made my hair look incredible and I felt very confident to shoot my acting self-tape after this.
