Natalia was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to explain why certain layers and the parting would suit my face shape and my fine hair better. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that she focused on keeping the length while removing only the damaged ends. The haircut looks natural, has more movement and volume, and is very easy to style. I also loved that she adapted everything to my face rather than following a one-size-fits-all haircut. It's not easy to find a hairdresser you can trust, but I will definitely be coming back. Absolutely unprofessional, very poor communication and service. I had a booking at 14:00 on the 23rd which was a bank holiday and the hair dresser (Natalia) assigned to me very conveniently decided to take the day off on the day of the booking , 3 hours prior to the booking to be precise. Also, highly unprofessional as they never got back to me with any alternate slots to rearrange the booking. Whereas, on their booking confirmation page, it is clearly mentioned that if the customer needs to cancel a booking after 14:00 a day before the booking date, the customer gets penalised and is expected to pay the full amount of the service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Nikki was super good and professional. I had my perm done. Before we started she reminded me to do the patch test. It clearly shows that she cares for her clients well-being more than money which is a rarity these days. My hair came out just how I wanted it to. This fresh and clean salon tucked away in a small parade in Streatham Vale had ample side street parking on the day I visited. It is also on bus routes. I was delighted with the hospitality and service I received. Without rushing me Nicola listened to my requests, assessed my hair and then permed my shoulder length, partially coloured hair promptly and professionally - some salons take hours to do this because of the chemical complexities it involves - and I enjoyed the head massage too. Nicola was straight forward, gentle and efficient with a great sense of humour. The atmosphere in the salon was family friendly and the pricing was affordable too. This little salon has big dreams. It offers nail bar and beauty treatments in addition to hairdressing. There are frequent tempter offers as the salon works to build a base line reputation and clientele in the area. I recommend you pop along and try it out. With Nicola’s fun, professional approach you are likely to feel and look better when you leave than when you arrive!

Honestly Nicky done AMAZING. She over exceeded my expectations. She was so attentive and lovely to talk to. The salon is great and the prices are great for the service. I can’t thank her anymore for my hair and eyebrows I’m really over the moon! Xx
